Your details, and what happens to them.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company, the details of the job, and any drawings, models or photos you attach to a quote request or an email.

The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs and runs a spam check (Turnstile) on the quote form, which looks at your browser, not at who you are.

What we use it for

To reply to you, quote the job, make and deliver it, and keep the records a business has to keep, such as invoices for tax. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or pass them to anyone except the services below.

Where it's kept

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the files you upload with a quote request.
• Resend delivers quote requests from the website to our inbox.
• Google Workspace holds our email.

Some of these services store data outside Australia. Files sent with a quote request are deleted from the website's storage after 90 days; emails and quotes are kept as business records.

Your drawings and designs

Drawings, models and details of your parts are used only to quote and make your job. They're never shown, shared or reused without your permission, and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Seeing or correcting your details

Email david@campbellprecision.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we don't need to keep it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
